Mr. Ch. Kameswara Rao is a first generation entrepreneur, occupies the position of the Chairman of Bhavika Group of Companies and plays a vital role in the strategic planning process relevant to the development of the Organization's strategy. He is a graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering and also received specialized training from CIPET (Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology), Hyderabad in mould design and has rich experience in manufacturing & processing polymers like PP, ABS, PE, PVC, etc., associated with the Industry from past 18 years. He firmly believes in customer satisfaction.

Mr. Rao has responsibility for monitoring day-to-day operations of the company including human resources, facilities and business process development. He has extensive experience in building and managing technically complex production and related activities. He is the chief architect involved in designing of the group plants for guaranteeing superior performance.

Mrs. Ch. Vijaya Laxmi, possessing leadership qualities and is admired by all the employees. She motivates and mentor members of the management team to design, develop and implement strategic planning for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.

Mrs. Laxmi has the responsibility of managing staff, customers, budget, company's assets and all other company resources to make the best use of them and increase the company's profitability. She shares greater responsibility for managing day-to-day transaction processing for purchasing/procurement, credit control and collections, projects accounting, etc. She dynamically participates for liaison with bank and other financial institutions to raise funds for smooth administration of the company.
